At WanalayahSurfClub.com, we want you stoked on your gear, every time. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
We offer refunds for:
- Items that arrived incorrect
- Damaged or defective gear
Refund requests need to come in within 30 days of your purchase date — don't let it drift too far out with the tide.
To request a refund, just paddle over to support@wanalayahsurfclub.com with your order number and a quick rundown of what happened. We'll take it from there.

For the longest life out of your gear, check the washing and care instructions that came with your order. Good care, more sessions.
